Whether individual, team or peer coaching, in most cases it is about a concrete challenge that is to be worked on. However, such challenges in everyday work concern the personality and everyone's own "environment" with political and professional issues.

Coaching sessions are usually characterized by questions about the personality combined with concrete topics from daily work. A sharp separation between these topics is often not possible in the coaching context. Illuminating the situation in a process from different sides as well as skillful questioning can allow the sought-after solution to emerge.
